Our commitments
Last updated octubre de 2026
Promises we keep, and where you can check them. If we break one, write to hello@cirrela.com.
No “unlimited” plans
Every plan has a fixed number of credits, shown before you pay. We don't sell an “unlimited” plan that quietly slows down once you use it.
Check it: Pricing.
Failed renders are refunded, automatically
If a render fails, takes too long or the model refuses it, the credits go back to your balance on their own. A prompt our own filter refuses is never charged at all.
Check it: every refund is listed under Activity in Plan and credits.
The price before you click
The Create button shows the exact number of credits a render costs before you start, and warns you when your balance is too low.
Check it: the studio.
Unused credits roll over
Cancel online in a few clicks
In Plan and credits, click Cancel subscription, then confirm on Stripe's page. No email to send, no call to make. You keep the credits you already have.
Check it: Plan and credits.
We don't train on your files or sell your data
Cirrela never trains AI models on your prompts, photos or creations, and never sells your personal data.
To make a render, your prompt and photo go to fal.ai and to the company behind the model you picked, under that company's own terms. Under its API terms, fal.ai commits not to use your content to train or develop its products, except for the tools it classes as “Pending Enterprise Ready”, and it may use anonymized or aggregated data. Today that class includes the tools that put the mark on downloads without a plan and join the shots of a film. Read those terms before uploading anything sensitive.
Check it: our privacy policy, fal.ai's terms and its API terms.
A film's price is set before it starts
Film mode shows the price before the shots start. If it has changed by the time you press start, nothing is charged and you see the new price. A film then spends only the credits you approved, and what it doesn't use comes back. A reshoot is a new price that you approve the same way.
Check it: Film mode, and every charge under Activity in Plan and credits.
What an app connected to your account can spend
The API and the connector for Claude and ChatGPT spend the credits on your account. The estimate_cost tool gives the price of a render without spending anything. max_credits refuses a render that costs more than that number. It's optional: without it, a render runs at its full price, and an app you connected can start one without asking you, unless the app itself asks.
Check it: the developer docs, and every charge under Activity in Plan and credits.
Sponsored posts are labelled as ads
If we pay a creator to show Cirrela, the post says it's an ad, as French law requires. No fake reviews, no undisclosed testimonials.
We haven't paid any creator yet. This applies from the first one.
AI-generated media is labelled
Public creations carry a visible AI-generated label. The PNG, JPEG and MP4 files we store also get machine-readable metadata (the IPTC digital source type) saying they were made by AI.
An original the model maker already signed with C2PA Content Credentials keeps that signature and gets no metadata from us. Files we change afterwards (the marked copy of a download without a plan, film edits, Ready to post versions) can lose that signature, and then get our metadata instead. WebP files, files over 200 MB and files we can't label safely get no metadata from us.
Check it: Examples, or open a downloaded file in any metadata viewer.
Your data, your call
Settings lets you download everything we hold about you, and delete your account and everything in it, confirmed by email.
Check it: Settings.
