Our commitments

Every plan has a fixed number of credits, shown before you pay. We don't sell an “unlimited” plan that quietly slows down once you use it.

If a render fails, takes too long or the model refuses it, the credits go back to your balance on their own. A prompt our own filter refuses is never charged at all.

The Create button shows the exact number of credits a render costs before you start, and warns you when your balance is too low.

Credits you don't use roll over to the next month while you're subscribed. Credit packs never expire.

In Plan and credits, click Cancel subscription, then confirm on Stripe's page. No email to send, no call to make. You keep the credits you already have.

Cirrela never trains AI models on your prompts, photos or creations, and never sells your personal data. To make a render, your prompt and photo go to fal.ai and to the company behind the model you picked. fal.ai's terms let it use data derived from requests to improve its own products and models, so read them before uploading anything sensitive.

If we pay a creator to show Cirrela, the post says it's an ad, as French law requires. No fake reviews, no undisclosed testimonials.

We haven't paid any creator yet. This applies from the first one.

Public creations carry a visible AI-generated label. The PNG, JPEG and MP4 files we store also get machine-readable metadata (the IPTC digital source type) saying they were made by AI, unless the model maker already signed them with C2PA Content Credentials, which we keep intact, like SynthID watermarks.

Settings lets you download everything we hold about you, and delete your account and everything in it, confirmed by email.
