What one customer earns you

The terms

Commission
30% of every payment a customer you referred makes during the 12 months that start with their first payment, before tax. Subscriptions, renewals and credit packs all count. Commissions are paid in the currency the customer paid in.
- 2.
Who counts as your customer
A new Cirrela account created within 60 days of a click on your link, in the same browser. If the person clicks another affiliate's link or a friend's invite after yours, the last link wins. Accounts that already existed, and accounts that joined through a friend's invite, don't count.

Hold
Each commission stays on hold for 30 days, the window in which a customer can ask for a refund. After that it is approved.
- 4.
Refunds
A refunded payment cancels its commission, in proportion for a partial refund. If that commission was already paid to you, the amount comes off your next payout.
- 5.
Payouts
In the first week of each month, by PayPal or Wise, to the address in your account, once your approved balance reaches $50 (or 50 in the currency it was earned in). Fees your PayPal or Wise account charges, and taxes on what you earn, are yours.

Not allowed
Buying through your own link, from a second account or with your payout email. Search ads on "Cirrela" or misspellings of it. Coupon and deal sites, spam, cookie stuffing, and promises we don't make (unlimited free videos, discounts that don't exist). Presenting yourself as Cirrela.
- 7.
Disclosure
Say that you earn a commission wherever you share your link, for example with "affiliate link" next to it.
- 8.
Suspension
We can pause an affiliate account that breaks these rules and cancel the commissions earned that way. We tell you why by email.
- 9.
Leaving
You can stop sharing at any time. Deleting your Cirrela account ends your membership and cancels the commissions not paid yet, so ask for your balance first.
- 10.
Changes
We email you 30 days before any change to these terms. Commissions already earned keep the terms they were earned under.
Questions
Who can join?
Anyone with a Cirrela account, including the free plan. It takes a minute: choose PayPal or Wise, accept the terms and copy your link.
When do I get paid?
In the first week of each month, once your approved balance reaches $50. A commission is approved 30 days after the payment it comes from, so a payment made today is paid out next month or the one after.
Do yearly plans and credit packs count?
Yes. Every payment in the customer's first 12 months earns 30% before tax: monthly renewals, a yearly plan paid up front, and credit packs.
What if someone signs up later?
Your link is remembered for 60 days in the browser where it was clicked. If they create their account within that time, they are yours, unless they clicked someone else's link after yours.
How is this different from Invite friends?
Invite friends gives credits: 40 to your friend, 100 to you when they pay. The affiliate program pays cash. A new account counts for one program only: the last link it came from.
Where do I see my numbers?
In the app, under Affiliate program: clicks, sign-ups, paying customers, and what is on hold, approved and paid, in each currency.
