Can I use any product-page link?

Cirrela can read many public shop pages. Some shops block automated access; if that happens, upload a product photo you own or are allowed to use.

How much does a product video ad cost?

The credit price depends on the video quality and the formats you select. Cirrela shows the total before you start, and does not start a batch if the balance or limits cannot cover all selected videos.

Will the AI preserve my exact packaging and logo?

Not always. The source image guides the video, but a model can alter fine details. Review every result before publishing. The brand kit guides colour and mood; it does not guarantee a perfectly reproduced logo or label inside the generated video.

Does Cirrela publish the ad to TikTok, Instagram or YouTube?

No. Cirrela generates a video file in the formats you selected. You review it and publish it through the social platform or ad manager you use.

Do I need to connect a brand kit?

No. A brand kit is optional. If you have saved one, you can choose whether its colours and mood guide the product ad.
