Getting started
- How do I make my first video?
- Open Create, write one sentence about what you want to see, and press the Create button. A style or a photo is optional. Videos take a few minutes; you can leave the page, your render keeps going.
- What is a credit?
- Credits pay for renders. Each model, quality and length has its own price, and the Create button always shows the exact number of credits before you start.
- Is there a free plan?
- Your first video is free: 5 seconds with sound, no card, with the Cirrela mark. Keeping its file costs $2.99. After that, the way in is the 7-day trial for $1, with 38 credits. Cancel in three clicks before it ends and you pay nothing more. Subscribers can also claim 5 credits a day from the sidebar, with +20 on every seventh day in a row, up to 60 a month.
- What makes a good prompt?
- Say who or what is on screen, what happens, where, and the light or mood: “a red fox jumps into fresh snow at dawn, slow motion”. Improve rewrites your sentence for the model you picked.
Renders
- My render failed. Do I lose my credits?
- No. A render that fails, takes too long or that the model refuses gives its credits back on its own. A prompt our own filter refuses is never charged. Every refund is listed under Activity.
- The result isn't what I wanted
- Open the creation and choose “Bad result? Free retry”: once a week, a render finished in the last 7 days gets its credits back, up to the price of a Great video. You can then try again with the same settings.
- Can I make several renders at once?
- Starter renders one at a time: the next one starts when the current one is done. Pro and Studio render several at once.
- Why was my prompt refused?
- A few things are never made: sexual content involving minors, undressing someone from a photo, sexual content about real people, and terrorist propaganda. A refused prompt costs nothing. Several refusals in a row pause creating for a while.
- Can I use a photo of someone?
- Only with the right to use it and the agreement of the people in it: the studio asks you to confirm before any photo is used.
Files and sharing
- Why is there a cirrela.com mark on my download?
- Renders made without a plan are downloaded with a small mark. Renders made while you are on a paid plan stay clean, and so do your older ones once you subscribe. To keep a single video without the mark, unlock it from its page: one payment, nothing renews.
- Can I keep my creations private?
- Your free video stays private unless you share its link. Other creations made without a plan are public: they can appear in Examples and on their own page, with their prompt, and a video made from a photo shows what's in that photo. Any paid plan lets you make them private from each creation's menu.
- How do I get a video ready for TikTok or Reels?
- Open the creation and choose Ready to post: add word-by-word captions, music, a new format (9:16, 4:5, 1:1) or a sharper upscale. Each one makes a new version at the price shown.
- How do I find or delete old creations?
- In Library, search the words of a prompt, star the ones you want to keep in Favorites, and use Select to download or delete several at once.
- What happens when someone remixes my creation?
- When someone makes one like your public creation, you earn 3 credits, and a notification if you turned them on.
Plans and payment
- Do unused credits expire?
- Credits you don't use roll over to the next month while you're subscribed. Credit packs never expire.
- How do I cancel?
- In Plan and credits, press Cancel subscription and confirm on Stripe's page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period, and your credits stay yours. You can also pause for a month instead.
- How do I get an invoice?
- In Plan and credits, Invoices and payment opens Stripe's billing page, where every invoice can be downloaded.
- I was charged by mistake
- Write to hello@cirrela.com with your account email and the date of the payment before opening a dispute with your bank: we refund mistakes.
Account and privacy
- How do I download or delete my data?
- Settings has Your data: download everything we hold about you, or delete your account and everything in it, confirmed by email.
- How do I get notified when a video is ready?
- Turn on notifications in Settings. We also email you when a video is ready, unless you switch that off in the same place.
- Do you train AI on my files?
- No. Cirrela never trains models on your prompts, photos or creations, and never sells your data. You can also turn off audience measurement in Settings.
