How much does it cost?
$4.99 for one video, $9.99 for three, paid once. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Is it really AI?
Yes. The character is made with AI, and so is the voice. We say so on the video's page. It isn't a person in a costume.
Do I have to send a photo of my child?
No, never. A wish only needs a first name, and the video is private: it is reached by its own long link, never listed on the site, and removed when you delete it.
Will the name be said correctly?
It says the name as you write it. If it sounds wrong, you have one free retake: spell it the way it sounds, like "Lee-ah".
Which languages can it speak?
English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Hindi, Arabic and Indonesian. We checked each one by transcribing real videos.
How do I send it?
Download the file, send it on WhatsApp, or copy its link. The video is vertical, made for a phone.
What if it goes wrong?
A render that fails gives back its credits and you can start it again. Write to hello@cirrela.com if you aren't happy with the result: a person reads every message.
